Is Lattitive the merchant of record?
No. Customers contract directly with the manufacturer and pay the manufacturer directly. Lattitive coordinates the workflow and charges suppliers a platform commission on completed orders.
Will I see individual supplier prices?
No. Customers see the trimmed-median Network Price and a lead-time band. Supplier bids are confidential by design.
What does the platform commission cost?
10% of completed order value, invoiced to the supplier monthly. There are no charges to customers.
Who can be a supplier?
Vetted UK-based additive manufacturers. Application includes capability, capacity, certifications and references. Approval is at Lattitive's discretion.
Is my IP protected?
Standard confidentiality applies to every supplier in the network. For sensitive geometry, Enhanced NDA mode requires suppliers to accept your NDA before file access.
What technologies are supported?
MJF, SLS, SLA, DLP, FDM, Large Format, PolyJet, DMLS, SLM, Binder Jetting, Metal AM and Carbon Fibre. Admins can add more as the network grows.
Can an order be split across suppliers?
Yes. Customers can opt into Split Order at submission. The platform distributes quantities across suppliers based on lead time, capacity and technology fit.
What is the Supplier Performance Programme?
A four-tier programme (Bronze · Silver · Gold · Platinum) based on RFQ response rate, on-time delivery, customer reviews and completed order value. Higher tiers receive preferred allocation and visibility.
