UK manufacturers need a steady pipeline of qualified work and the margin to invest in machines, materials and people. The two needs meet awkwardly on traditional RFQ marketplaces, where the lowest bid always wins and quality erodes one quote at a time.
Lattitive was built to end that pattern. We aggregate qualified supplier bids, apply a trimmed-median pricing model, and surface a single fair-market price to the customer. Suppliers compete on lead time, reliability and capacity — not on who can cut their margin the deepest. Customers contract directly with the chosen supplier; we never sit between them on the manufacturing contract.
